Attorney-at-law Orçun Ulusoy graduated from the Dokuz Eylül Law Faculty Izmir, Turkey. After his studies he worked extensively with multi-national teams on a global level, including the UNHCR.
Orçun Ulusoy started his career in Turkey where he was the Director of the Association for Solidarity with Refugees Izmir. As an attorney-at-law, he is enrolled at the Izmir Bar, Turkey. During his practice he dealt with cases in various legal domains, including the corporate and bank sector being assigned with debt recovery and real estate matters.
After his experience in Turkey, he decided to expand his international expertise in the Netherlands, where he worked at the Law Faculty as project coordinator of the Amsterdam Vrije University
Orçun is a lecturer at conferences and seminars regarding Asylum and Migration in Turkey and Greece, and the perspectives of the European Immigration, Alien and Refugee Policies.
At A-Law, Orçun is responsible for the Belgian, The Netherlands, and Europe – Turkey related legal matters, in particular with regard to the purchase of property, real estate and construction as well as M&A investment and trade, distribution and franchise projects.
He liaises with attorney-at-law Veerle Vanneuville in the field of European Immigration and Alien Law in general.
