Profile  

Danielle Coolen obtained her law degree at the University of Brussels in 1984.  After her law degree, she worked in London for 14 years for various investment banks as Manager Capital Markets Bond Origination.  She worked 4 years for the African Development Bank in Ivory Coast as Division Manager Capital Markets, gaining good knowledge of African financial markets and operations.  
She also worked 4 years for the United Nations Mission in Kosovo/ European Union Pillar IV as Director of Finance, Budget and Procurement working closely with various international organizations and donors.  She was also Managing Director for Bank of New York plus analytics responsible for contracts, due diligence and marketing of euro/dollar Alfa generating technology in Central Asia; Latin America and Eastern Europe.

This experience combined with our international team of lawyers proofs to be extremely beneficiary in supporting SME looking for takeover and/or business opportunities worldwide, as well as achieving EU and/or other funding possibilities.
