Legal advisor Mo Chen obtained her law degree at YangZhou University, China where she joined the Law practice of her mother.  She further obtained a master degree at the University Brussels, Belgium.

Mo Chen heads the China desk at A-Law International Law Firm Antwerp, Belgium and the Chinese team in China.

During the last 10 years, she was the driving force behind the Sino-Belgian network A-Law has developed throughout China.

Mo Chen is a regular lecturer at trade, commercial cooperation, investment and business seminars and webinars in Belgium and China whereby she focusses on the comparison between the Chinese, Belgian and European legal system, culture and business approaches.

She assists the Belgian team for all matters of importance with regard to the performance of legal reviews, legal advise, due diligence in China, debt recovery in China and solvency checks, company establishment in China and Belgium, structuring and restructuring, contract compliance checks as well as litigation and enforcement issues.

The combination of her studies in both China and Belgium enables Mo Chen to give comprehensive  guidance to clients exploring investment, commercial cooperation, sale, trade, distribution and franchise opportunities between Asia, China, Belgium and Europe.

In 2015 she became executive vice president of the Jiangsu Chamber of commerce Benelux, Belgium of which A-Law attorneys is their primary legal partner.
