Concession Infrastructure development OHADA legislation

A-Law International Law Firm has been instructed by a Congolese investor and also by a Belgian investor to analyze, check the conformity and the legal consequences of the applicable concession provisions under the OHADA system of a concession agreement for infrastructure development works in DR Congo and Cameroon.
