Belgian Brexit Law - new status for insurance agents

Belgian Brexit law

  

A new status is provided for in the Brexit Law for mandated agents who are intermediaries in the insurance sector.

 

This shows the importance of the English insurers including Lloyd's who have already settled in Belgium.
