Czech Republic will have for the first time since its accession to the European Union an Advocate General at the Court of Justice of the EU

The EU Committee of Experts of the Czech government approved the nominee Michael Bobek, who is a professor of European law at the College of Europe in Bruges, Belgium and  a researcher at the Institute of European and Comparative Law at the Faculty of Law at the University of Oxford.
