The EU legislation being at the forefront of global issues and Antwerp as the pioneering city of internationally oriented Antwerp lawyers who are at the origin of international institutions as the CMI (Comité Maritime International (“CMI”) being the oldest organization in the world that is exclusively concerned with the unification of maritime law and related commercial practices, unification and law certainty being of utmost importance for investors.
