Given the Belgian, European, and international team of lawyers active at A-Law, we are ready to represent our colleague attorneys and lawyers before the jurisdiction their clients have been sued, and assist them in their own language.  Specific fee arrangements may be agreed upon depending of the nature and volume of work.

More specifically on representations and replacements, A-LAW has experience in Belgium, Europe and international markets with:

• Representations of foreign attorneys and law professionals before domestic jurisdictions;
• Preparation and guidance with regard to constitution of process guarantees of foreign claimants;
• Draft of written legal opinions and legal statement on the application and interpretation of domestic or national law issues before foreign courts and tribunals;
• Replacements including deposition of written submissions and pleadings before court or tribunal.
