Giang Tran Thu

Giang Tran Thu has gained practice in reputed law offices in Hanoi assisting in advising on corporate financing projects, foreign investments in resources and infrastructure, recognition of foreign arbitration awards and reinforcement in provincial level courts, as well as real estate dispute cases.

As a legal intern of the dispute resolution department of a Thai Law firm she made research on customs law and WTO’s general agreement on Tariffs and Trade (GATT) as well as on labor disputes and cross-border transactions arbitration cases.

In 2013 Giang wrote a dissertation with regard to corporate law on Joint Stock Companies awarded as top graduate.

In that respect she proved her ability to compare the Vietnamese legal system with other common law as well as civil law countries.

Giang acts as regional representative Vietnam and has proven track of a balanced knowledge of academics and practice in the areas of support related to Corporate, Trade and Investment.
