Some particularities of the Chilean legal system you should know

The legal system in Chile is designed to promote foreign investment: it offers a stable legal framework allowing 100% of foreign ownership and without limitations in time. The Chilean law does not allow discriminatory treatment of foreign investment. Chile further accepts alternative dispute resolution by means of foreign arbitration.
