For years, the procedure for obtaining divorce in Belgium has become less burdensome and the cost of a "no fight" - divorce has fallen sharply.

In Belgium one may separate on basis of sustainable disruption and mutual consent. In Poland, the latter is f.ex. not possible yet.

We will explain you what would be the best procedure to follow, request submission of the documents to be processed, provide translations, leading the case and guide you to the end.
