Construction and financing of construction has different forms and need adapted contracts: BT (build and transfer), BOT (build operate and transfer), design and build, project development, project management and so on.

Facility management should be envisaged during the design phase and in case the construction is part of a development of a particular zone, special attention is needed with regard to the implementation of the project as a whole and the amenities guaranteed in this respect.
