Police court and legal aid around the world: FREE

Almost everyone who has a car insurance in Belgium is entitled to free assistance from a lawyer of their choice.
 
If you have to appear before a police court in Belgium, whether in a civil or criminal case, you are free to choose your own legal counsel.
 
You can decide for yourself.
