Oana Smedescu

Oana obtained her Law degree from the University Bucharest, Romania.

After her graduation she was admitted to the Bucharest Bar and is a member of the Romanian Association of Lawyers.  Throughout her career Oana gained extensive experience in various areas of law, focusing mainly on civil, corporate, labor and commercial law.  She works on consultancy, mediation and litigation. 

Oana has proven to be a dynamic, ambitious, hardworking team player with a high level of communication and self-discipline skills.

Her extensive knowledge of the Romanian legal system combined with her litigation and mediation skills made her to become the head of the local team of the Bucharest office.

In liaison with Patricia Leers, A-Law regional representative Romania, A-Law strives to add real value for all business related to Romania, irrespective whether it concerns inbound or outbound investment ( M&A ) projects, trade or real estate.
