Aspects of licenses for construction and plotting, as well as type of residence (single residence, multiple residence, residence with commerce, industrial, office) might not be overlooked and in case of refusal, advice should be requested.  If positive, most of the construction related issues will be dealt with by local or regional (provincial) authorities and administrative courts.

In some countries constitutional law may constitute another source of law applicable to the envisaged case.

Principles of equal treatment and good urban planning are interpreted by the courts and may give rise to a different insight of the problem confronted with.
