Order of payment and exequatur

  • Institution of exequatur procedures of court decisions obtained in another jurisdiction and not falling under a convention or regulation exempting the need for exequatur
  • Order of payment proceedings based on national, European and international regulations
  • Order of payment proceedings based on the Council Regulation (EC) N 1896/2006 on cross-border civil and commercial matters in relation to non-disputed money claims.  According to the Regulation, a case is a cross-border case when at least one of the contracting parties has its domicile in a member state, not being the member state of the solicited court. The European Payment Order issued by the court is legible as a European executive title without the need for exequatur in another member state.
  • Institution of proceedings for debt recovery in different jurisdictions.
