E-commerce, robots, investment immigration in The Netherlands... follow us

- E-commerce and anti-trust law:
Concerning the e-commerce sector, the European Commission has published a report considering the problematic practices in this field.
On behalf of same, the EC may decide to launch a number of separate investigations targeting specific companies to prevent certain
practices that breached EU anti-trust law.
- Robots and legal regulation: Everybody is amazed nowadays about the new innovation that is called Robots.
But while its creativity is fascinating on the one hand, there is no doubt that it hides a lot of fears, risks and concerns on the other!
Main worries concern the rise of unemployment, the physical safety and other problematics that require a solid intervention from law.
Can we simply apply the normal law by analogy?And which law then? A lot of questions that request serious answers.
- The Nederlands has amended the scheme for foreign investors .Since 1 July 2016 a temporary residence permit can be obtained more easily and the conditions of the investment assessment are simplified.
