国税总局发文优化营改增纳税服务工作
2016年5月25日，国税总局发布了《关于进一步优化营改增纳税服务工作的通知》（下称《通知》）。 本月是营改增纳税人迎来的首个纳税申报期，为解决部分纳税人初次填报增值税申报表、不熟悉申报流程等实际问题，国家税务总局通过制发该《通知》，出台了二十条优化纳税服务的举措，以确保纳税人顺利申报。 《通知》从“强化纳税申报的宣传培训”、“引导营改增纳税人网上申报”、“进驻窗口实现全流程办结”等二十个方面推进营改增纳税人顺利申报。《通知》要求，税务机关要对营改增试点纳税人减免税申报、备案等工作进行重点辅导，确保纳税人全面、准确申报。
